New Hanford hospital opening in 2010.
Anticipating the completion of a new 142-bed Hanford hospital in the fall of 2010, and meeting an expanding community need for physicians and allied health staff in central California, Adventist Health is actively recruiting. Competitive wage and benefit packages are offered. The service area encompasses 350,000 residents within 2,500 square miles, the center of which is Hanford, population 62,000. Quaint communities such as Kingsburg, Selma, Lemoore, Reedley, Corcoran, Coalinga and Sanger make up the service area.
Just one mile apart, Hanford Community Medical Center and Central Valley General Hospital are complemented by 20 outpatient clinics, a freestanding ambulatory surgery center, an imaging center, a sleep lab and a rehabilitation center. Fifteen miles north of Hanford is Selma Community Hospital. This all-inclusive health care system serves the people of Kings and southern Fresno counties.
