Therapy

Adventist Health JobCare's workforce program network is comprised of physical and occupational therapists that provide a full range of services. Our program's goals are to reduce on-the-job injuries by educating workers and employers, and return injured workers back to work safely and quickly.

Services include:

• Physical therapy.
• Occupational therapy.
• Physical and functional capacity evaluations (PCE).
  • Tests the worker's ability to perform essential physical demands and functional endurance to return to full-time work.
• Pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
  • Physical demands testing prior to employment ensuring that new hires will be able to demonstrate the essential physical demands of the job.
• Work conditioning.
  • Job specific work simulations to enable the worker to return to full-duty work.
  • Follows physical or hand therapy treatment, if worker is required to return to  full-duty work with heavy physical demands.
• Ergonomic evaluations.
  • On-site services.
  • Injury prevention focus.
  • Work station modification to reduce injury risk.
