How much does a course cost?
Each course is $95.00 per participant. This amount covers the cost of the materials provided to each participant, as well as various snacks, coffee and water.
What is the time requirement for each course?
Each course is four hours in length: 0830–1230 or 1300–1700, Monday through Friday.
How large are the classes?
We have established a minimum class size of nine (9) (classes may be canceled if fewer than 9) and maximum size of 18 participants per class.
Are CEU’s provided for clinical personnel?
At this time, we provide four (4) C.E. Contact Hours per class for registered nurses as well as licensed vocational nurses.
Are these the only courses that will be offered by LDI?
LDI continuously evaluates the need for additional curriculum and will be adding more courses as the needs are identified.
Since Adventist Health is a healthcare organization, are the courses primarily geared towards a healthcare setting?
No. The courses offered by LDI are typically delivered with an administrative setting content and an occasional healthcare twist. Research has shown participants learn more about the skills and techniques when not trying to address their own areas of concern.
How do I register?
Register for a class by downloading, completing and returning a class registration form (pdf) along with your payment. Please contact us by phone or E-mail if you have any additional questions or if you experience any difficulties downloading the registration form.
How is payment required?
Payment for each course is required upon registration. We accept cash, check or credit. For credit payments, you must complete the credit card information section located at the bottom of the registration form.
What is LDI’s cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations with more than two working days notice will receive full refund credit for future classes. No refund may be allowed for any cancellation notice with less than two working days notice.
